I asked for a singular strip of cellotape that would have been helpful on an envelope that had lost it’s stickiness. Approximately 20cm long. This short sightedness, (on something that ai has informed me costs 0.1-0.2 pence) will cause me to never come into the shop again. I question whats more important Saving 0.2 pence or Providing a good service that keeps a customer coming back.
