I went there to collect an Amazon parcel and even though I was there 15 minutes before their advertised closing time and I could see my parcel, they would not give it me, despite 2 staff being behind the counter. Now I have to wait from Saturday lunchtime till Monday morning to collect, hopefully. I will not be using their collection service again and recommend others not to.

No explanation given, just told they would be open again the following morning. It’s inside a McColls, who I’m not surprised are going into administration if this is how they run their shops!
