I paid 2.5k in cash into this post office, they had 2 members of staff count the cash to confirm the amount I was paying in, a week later they contacted the bank and told them they over paid me £650!! They had the bank take the funds without any significant evidence! Baring in mind they have to confirm the amount multiple times on their screen before releasing the money! I contacted them over the phone and they verbally abused me and refused to print me the receipt - came up with excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t. Avoid doing this at all costs.
