I was late for work on Monday evening as I was made to que up and wait a good 15 minutes to be told that they couldn't do it. Again gone in this evening at 1700 ti be told no one will be there until 6 that can do parcels.... this coming from the manager on shift. The stars would be lower, if is wasn't for the ones who can do the post office as they are brilliant!
