- MJMichael JoyJan 9, 20261.0I Arrived at 4.20 to post a special delivery parcel for my grand-daughter's 18th birthday. I Was told the post had not yet gone by the young man, but he was over-ruled by an overbearing woman who said the list had been completed 5 minutes before so it could not go for 24 hours. I was told I had to pay the extra - £13 odd to which was added a further £3 for Saturday delivery. I can recommend "Post Mortem" published by Private Eye on the Post Office scandal. It is a shame that a few such as this let the side down when the majority are so worthy and suffered so much. Needless to say I will not be returning which will be a comfort to them as they obviously dislike their customers.
- FSFreddie SaundersJan 27, 20241.0Hours of operation are never correct. You have to ring up to ask and good luck in regards to anyone answering the phone. Politely pointed out a few times now that they need to update the hours on Google as service unfortunately now isn't what it once was.
