- CWCarrie WrightJan 25, 20231.0Staff member was amazingly rude and obnoxious, yes I had put another stamp from a post office machine on my parcel , which she scribbled over and charged me for another , when asked what she was doing was told in a very snotty attitude that you can't use a stamp from another post office , now I have never seen any signage to say this and if she had told me before defacing my stamp I would of returned to original post office , , the manager was stood next to say allowing her to have this attitude So I've basically been charged twice to post one parcel All in all a very bad Customer service attitude
- BSBen SladeSep 25, 20212.0The opening hours on Google and also displayed in the actual Post Office are not correct at all. I went there at about 12:10 and it was closed and a staff member said it opened again at about 1:15. I guess they close for lunch but it would be really helpful if they actually adjusted their advertised opening hours to say that. I also met 2 other people who were there at the same time both of which also thought it was open at that time. I hate to think how many people have wasted thier time going to this post office only to find it closed. Change your advertised hours!
- VBVicky BartonFeb 3, 20211.0****NOT COVID SAFE****.Please be careful going to this post office.None of the staff wear masks and although there is a small screen up directly in front of each cashier there is a huge opening between the two screens so in effect they may as well not be there, I am concerned that vulnerable and elderly people come here all the time. I have reported this to the Post Office who need to put up a much large screen to shield customers from staff if they choose not to wear a mask.
