The disability organisation I work for we use this branch regularly for any of our posting that we have to do very helpful very nice people they follow us because they know it’s quite well and we have a really good relations between the group of us

Just been in to post a letter , I was unsure of what service to use as i rarely post letters but the lady behind the counter her name was Linda thoroughly explained to me the different services available so i don’t make a mistake in choosing as it was a important letter so i decided to go with special delivery , she told me its extra pennies but secure and im so glad I listened to her as it was now peace of mind for me

If I could I would give them no stars arrived 5 minutes before closing time and the had already closed the door after arguing for about 5 minutes the lady realized she was wrong after a witness also said you they are in the wrong she took my parcel and came back with my receipt I thanked her and she slammed the door on my face rude unprofessional behavior
