Knowle post office successfully not doing what other Post offices seem to manage very obligingly. They just can't be bothered

Understaffed and the few staff working are very slow and don’t seem to be trained properly on the systems, there’s often long queues.

Drove some distance to this Post Office yesterday, after checking on the website that it was open, only to find it now closes around the three o'clock mark. Even given the current health crisis surely it is simple enough to update the website with relevant information? Very frustrating.

a good range of products but you are defiantly paying for the convenience as its quite a bit pricier than competitors.
