- JTJames Thorneywork3 days ago1.0Wouldn't accept Scottish notes, despite it being Sterling & therefore legal tender. Couldn't be bothered to open the safe to exchange currency, told me I'd have to wait till she'd served everyone else waiting in the queue behind me.
- STStar TwinDec 20, 20251.0I visited the post office at 12.23 today and was informed they were shut although it stated on the signage it would close at 12.30. I had travelled a distance to get there from work. The post office lady said she had been told by her bosses to close at 12.28. She declined to say why she was shutting earlier and instead proceeded to tell me about other post office branches not near me. Very disappointing service. Will make a complaint as had a parcel to send. Will not use again as the clerk presented herself as extremely rude and dismissive.
