Don’t go to this post office avoid. People stand around talking about there personal life’s like it’s family reunion. And the girl who works there works on her own hours someone needs to get her fired! FACTS she don’t do her job at all half job

This is the worst post office in Birmingham. The only good lady that worked there has left and now it’s worse than it was before. I went to send a parcel at 11.30 why am I being told you can only do that from 12pm? I went yesterday at 3pm and was told it was closed? Do the staff even work at this post office? Who’s managing this worst Post Office? Do they have a manager?

Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever used! I lived in Kingshurst for over 3 years, and nearly every time, the woman who works there has an issue (“parcel is too heavy, the driver won’t take it”). Another post office took it without issue. No return boxes for Amazon, NO envelopes for sale, post office closed often in a week, etc. I won’t mention her “polite”facial expression
