- HHHenryJan 2, 20261.0Needs 0 Stars. All negative reviews are true and almost too kind and showing restraint. Same cannot be said for the two older staff there who are ALWAYS EXTREAMLY RUDE! When they can't work their system (mainly returns) or get annoyed at having to stop what their doing, after rudely leaving you standing there for 5 minutes waiting to use the service without so much as a 'Hi, one moment please', they blame the customer and become VERY hostile and aggressive. Old man screamed 'go somewhere else' and threw my parcel nearly dropping it on the floor (looking at reviews this is his signature move) because he doesn't like when the 'attitude' is given back to him following his rude and ignorant behaviour towards customers. It's never been a 'one off' its EVERYTIME you visit the store and its clearly an issue or lots of customer reviews wouldn't be saying the same thing. One would think you would take the advice instead of replying to negative reviews with excuses and trying to pass blame. If it continues I will be determine to start a boycott until they can treat customers with even a spec of respect. There are other post offices close by who don't verbally assault their customers and that will be happy for the business instead. Edit to reply: there really should be 'zero tolerance of abuse' towards customers, your right. Yet the reviews show otherwise.

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
