- WGWendy Gallett4 days ago1.0Not even worth one star but I had to put something or I couldn't post a review. What a total waste of time this so called post office is now. Went today to collect a parcel after missing delivery on Saturday. After standing in the queue a while. ( one lady behind counter so slow with 1 customer, everyone in queue frustrated) whilst waiting I noticed a sign on the wall. Parcels now have to be collected from Castle Bromwich?Since when? The card postie left certainly didn't mention this. So as well as not getting my parcel and having a wasted journey, I now have to wait a whole week until the next Saturday before I'll have time to collect? We both work, the collection times midweek are 10am to 12am. Workers cannot do these times. To make matters worse, this parcel was sent special delivery (extra money) to guarantee it gets to us next day. What a waste of money. Our old postman would have left with our neighbours but no not this one. Fuming, Rubbish post office, diabolical service from Royal mail. Shocking Now its down to us to rearrange another delivery. What a load of toah
