We will need to start booking an appointment just to post a parcel! Disgusting! Claims no room but there is plenty of room. Just pure laziness. The woman who is the clerk has a disgusting and rude attitude. Not what anybody wants to experience. We don't all have all day everyday to keep going back and forth to see if we can post parcels. Sort it out Royal Mail, its a paid for service that we want to use
