Everytime I visited here, it was stressful experiences. Would not recommend this post, there other small post office in Sunderland who are nice, clam and explains nicely to new visitors.

God forbid you try and send something, they do not accept QR codes for some reason, i have to travel to a print shop to pay for a print of a qr code before they take a parcel. To reiterate they insist i pay money to send a pre paid label The one with red hair needs some serious extra training, her whole attitude reeks of how little she wants to work the desk
