    Fantastic Customer Service, friendly staff and not Authotarian based like the sunderland city center branch! there is usually a little wait but this is due to the amount of people hat use the branch. Very happy I am using this shop as my Go to when sending letters or packages. Well done guys/gals! Ignore the comment about facemasks below, they have no scientific proof that they work. Sheep these days

    Very good shop and post office BUT ! customers entering without facemasks are not questioned as to their eligibility. Not a good example for a Post Office.
