  If I could give a 0 I would. Went to drop some parcels off here today not realising there was a gap in the seal of my parcel so apologised as I hadn’t had the time to notice with me being at work. Was asked how many hours I worked over how many days and was told I was lazy and that I didn’t have a clue what hard work was. Instead of processing my deliveries so that I could leave he continued to tear me to pieces which I felt helpless about as I’m not the type of girl to argue with anyone. Asked politely if he would just put my payment through so I could leave in which he said ‘don’t you dare rush me when you haven’t bothered to check your own parcels’ genuinely had to sit in my car after and cry as I felt degraded. No one should ever be spoken to or made to feel this way it takes absolutely nothing to be kind to people.

  If i could give it a zero score I would. Like most the reviews the couple who own/run this office are by far some of the worst customer facing people I have ever come across in my life, good customer service is nothing is too much, for these two ANYTHING is too much. How they stay open I will never know. I used once but never again. Come on Post Office surely this is not what you want to represent your business

  The most ignorant couple I have ever met. Told to leave parcels as she was “too busy” and she would do them later. Both people who work here are rude. If you can’t be bothered to offer descent customer service then don’t do the job. There are plenty of people out there who could do it better. Disgrace to the post office system. I now refuse to use them and go to the much better one on The Broadway.

  The attitude of the woman in the post office is diabolical. Just cos my elderly mother decided to pay separately for tv licence and things she said to her that she stressing her out!! Don't use as they have no customer service skills at all
