Staff are always really friendly and particularly good when interacting with my toddler. Always left feeling really happy with the service received.

However, my recent experiences have been deeply frustrating due to one particular staff member who seems to have joined the team recently. Her attitude is appalling. She’s consistently rude, visibly irritated by even the simplest, most polite questions, and seems unfamiliar with basic procedures. Eye-rolling, sighing, and dismissive behavior are the norm when dealing with her. It’s as if customer service is beneath her, and she’s banking on the fact that this is the only post office in the area. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such disregard for customers, especially in a service that many rely on daily. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, that seems to be sorely lacking here. I hope management takes note and addresses this, because the community deserves better.
