I paid £40 in cash for a £32.50 postal order, but the staff member insisted I only gave £30 and made me pay an extra £2.50 by card. I am certain of the amount I handed over. This was upsetting and disappointing. I expect better care and accuracy when handling customers’ money.

He argued Royal Mail doesn't accept or deliver the parcel weighing 20kg. According to Royal Mail's website they deliver and accept parcels weighing 20kg and above 20 kg is delivered by Parcel Force. This post office branch is absolutely not helpful and misleading. Avoid this branch and avoid unnecessary hassle.
