Not a good experience. I am not happy with the service I received today.
I paid £40 in cash for a £32.50 postal order, but the staff member insisted I only gave £30 and made me pay an extra £2.50 by card. I am certain of the amount I handed over.
This was upsetting and disappointing. I expect better care and accuracy when handling customers’ money.

And purchased a 1st class stamp at the counter and payed £1.90. When I arrived
Home checked price on line . The price should’ve been £1.65 I fell that I have been robbed by this shop so my family will not shop there any. What a bunch of thieves

I went to this post office with a prepaid parcel 20kg, the person at the post office who seemed to be owner of the shop refused to take parcel. He argued Royal Mail doesn't accept or deliver the parcel weighing 20kg. According to Royal Mail's website they deliver and accept parcels weighing 20kg and above 20 kg is delivered by Parcel Force. This post office branch is absolutely not helpful and misleading. Avoid this branch and avoid unnecessary hassle.
