- BDBob DadSep 18, 20261.0Absolutely awful service. DPD advised that the Post Office accepts these parcels, yet when I arrived, they refused to take mine. Complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating when you’ve been given conflicting information. While a gentleman was serving me and trying to deal with the issue, another member of staff, a young lady, was huffing and puffing in the background, which came across as extremely unprofessional. The whole Post Office service was disappointing from start to finish. Poor customer service, conflicting information and an unpleasant environment. A very frustrating experience.

As well as being able to carry out post office transactions, sending parcels, buying stamps etc you can also collect parcels sent by Amazon. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the young lady always has a smile for customers.
