At the main Slough Royal Mail branch, there are two serving counters, but only one is ever open, leading to customers often having to wait in excess of 30 minutes to be served by staff members who provide slow service, despite being well past retirement age. We kindly request Royal Mail to address and correct this issue.

Waited for over 1 hour 10 minutes to be served. Only 1 window was open with over 20 people in the queue! The self service stations were not available too. Ridiculous...
