The digital passport application service was highly efficient and professionally managed. The process was straightforward and well organised, with clear guidance provided throughout. The staff especially Arun (I do hope I have spelt his name correctly) were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending it. Many thanks.
