I visited the post office this afternoon with my Daughter as she needed her passport renewed for an upcoming family holiday.
The digital passport application service was highly efficient and professionally managed. The process was straightforward and well organised, with clear guidance provided throughout.
The staff especially Arun (I do hope I have spelt his name correctly) were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending it.
Many thanks.
