The customer service is genuinely exceptional — everyone is warm, friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, and they really do go out of their way to accommodate and help their customers. The shop itself is also extremely well stocked, with pretty much everything you could possibly need from a local post office. It’s a completely different experience from under the previous management and such a positive change for the local community. It’s now a genuinely pleasant place to visit, where you’re greeted warmly and made to feel valued as a customer. A huge improvement and thoroughly deserving of five stars. Highly recommended.
