I would like to inform the local community how helpful chalvey post office is the services provided are to a very high standards and they go over a beyond their means to help every individual and treat every customer fairly and equally no matter who they are. A fine example i had made an appointment with Ramiz to facilitate my needs and guess what happened i missed my appointment. When I realised that I had an appointment with Ramiz i gave him a call he answered straight away he did not know who it was because i never had to use the services that they provide to the local community i apologised to him for not attending on time and he asked how long shall I be i said it shall take me 15 minutes to get to chalvey post office he said never mind see you for when you get here.I then drove down parked up made my way to the post office and asked for him because I never needed to use the service provided by them ever before. I tell you that they are super brilliant for what i observed and saw myself personally if you can't travel and need someone near you to provide you with a service localy then chalvey post office is were you want to go.Thank you so much for a great service Ramiz I received my documents that Ramiz requested for me on my behalf within 15 working days and is exceptionally good if you can't travel into London. Great to have such a super extraordinary post office service provider like Chalvey High Street post office.
- YKYousuf KhanJul 10, 20261.0Absolutely appalling. The staff at this branch appear to be inadequately trained to handle NADRA NICOP applications. They charge significant fees for a service that can easily be completed yourself by downloading the Pak ID app and following the step-by-step instructions. I paid £90 for three NICOP applications, only for all of them to be cancelled because the documents were uploaded incorrectly or were of poor quality. This was both frustrating and a waste of money. I would not recommend using this service. Save yourself the expense and complete the application directly through the Pak ID app instead.

They simply take your phone will fill as you can do and charge £30. After a week you get a rejection. So for NICOP just simply download Pak ID in your phone and fill the application there and submit . It will save you money and hassles.
