Maybe the latter would like a faster service where mistakes are made? I have used this Post Office branch for years with no problem whatsoever, probably because I am not thick and stupid so time my visits at other than peak times.

They are friendly in the Post office but very poor service in terms of speed and number of employees serving. No wonder people are using alternative ways to send parcels
