Good service but only open 09:00-14:00 Mon to Fri, run by a single person, needs more staff to cover beyond 14:00 and a Saturday shift, to support existing wirker, some people struggle to get to Madeley, when Sutton Hill is closed.

Absolutely rubbish post office closed more than its open,no reason to be closed,why no cover brought in to cover person off?,very unprofessional,needs closing,it's down to the shop to get cover but they are unprofessional and leave it shut.
