i would like a manager contact regarding an absolutely disgusting mannered lady working in the post office 17.03.2026 - she was the one who was closing the office on this day. i don’t think i’ve ever met anyone with such poor customer service as she had given us today! totally blowing us off giving us totally wrong receipts saying she knows her job and hanging up the phone when we kindly asked her a question! as a manager i would be embarrassed to have such an employer. if people ask me which post office best to go to, i will highlight to avoid this one at all cost.

Really Disgusted by the attitude of the lady working behind the post office today. The lady that served us was lovely and quite happy to help us however the women next to her that was serving another customer was very rude to us, asking us not to use money bags to store money in and then talking to her customer about us and slagging us off. This is three times we have been in this post office and this lady has been nothing but rude to us for no reason. I am 100% going to take this further as i hate coming into this store now to bank money, being a young woman i find it rude to answer back to elders and i havent said anything to her but i have had enough now of her speaking to me like she has been.It makes us not want to come to this store anymore.
