Have been put off using it as the main person in charge is either on the phone whilst serving me or doesn't even speak at all, not even a thank you! Bad customer service, shame it contains the post office inside it (shop and PO merge together) and the main person also serves in that and doesn't ask if the parcel contains batteries as they should according to regulations. I now go out of my way to travel to another post office, I think it needs better management and course on customer relations
