It doesn’t matter what time of day you come here there is a long queue, so members of staff will see you queuing and bust themselves with something else, it states it’s open till 8pm, today I approached the desk at 4.30pm with another lady only 2 of us waiting to be served, they closed the desk for 30 minutes. The customer service is appalling.
