Service on the new counter when it opened recently was shocking when I used it. No manners or customer service. To make matters worse, my package arrived with the item snapped in half despite having two protectors and bubble wrap, and my claim with Royal Mail was refused as apparently I didn’t pack it to match their guidelines (which there weren’t any for this type of product on the website anyway), so I’m now over £80 out of pocket. Abysmal!

Since the counters been moved to the front of the store it's absolutely chaotic, the excellent service provided by the two previous ladies as gone as they've left, no disrespect to one of the current staff Angie but she requires far more training and I personally won't be using the counter service when she is working sorry. I can say - the Indian fella is brilliant and doing a great job, one of the previously employed ladies is also back and working here occasionally which is very welcome to see.

By far the worst service staff of any post office I have ever been to. They are absolute petty jobsworths. No wonder the post office is in such a state with these employees. I will be using alternative postage methods in future. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid.
