Rude, unhelpful arrogant not willing to listen and help resolve the problem. Or gaining knowledge to ensure that this doesn't happen again. Last time I use this place and he is my local post office. A simple task made much more complicated than it needed to be. Abbey foregate post office sorted straight away with no fuss or question. If you need to post stuff go there not to this joke of a post master.
