Staff CBA been in there on 3 separate occasions always told that the person who runs the post office side is on their break and the old fella serving with grey hair and moustache once said “I’m retiring soon so I have nothing to do with that side come back in ten minutes” went back after 15 minutes still no one there eventually after a further 15 minutes “them” turned up and said they couldn’t find my parcel but after I insisted it must be there “them” found it out the back !
Complete disgrace to the post office having staff representing them like this !

One person on one till nearing Christmas for a whole town. Even then announcing with no apology that it’s closed for the next ten minutes without any warning or reason. It’s like the dear old Royal mail wants to go out of business. And of course they didn’t have what I needed in their tiny drawer of documents. Terrible business model even if an automated service will soon arrive on our treasured traditional red post boxes. I’d rather have people over yet more unsocial methods.
