Very rude and poor customer service. I use this post office as local to me and both the husband & wife are so ignorant and extremely rude. The female was stacking birthday cards on my arrival and nobody else in shop. She completely ignored me for 5 minutes without even saying hello then came to counter huffing and looking for her husband as he had gone from behind the counter. She didn't speak or smile then served me as her husband came back. It was such an effort and both clearly don't want to be there. Not welcoming or friendly at all.

The lady behind the counter is extremely rude but I have put this aside and still use this post office as the one in my village has closed. I certainly won’t be anymore… This morning I paid in £90 but to my horror I arrived home and realized that it had been withdrawn instead. £180 down I started to panic and phoned up. She said ‘have you got the receipt, you’ll have to come back’. 30 minutes later I arrived back in Ellesmere after being stuck in traffic, no apology at all and an awful attitude. If i didn’t have online banking i wouldn’t have known, scary to make such an error! Disappointed but looking forward to receiving better customer service elsewhere
