The behaviour of staff at this branch was completely unacceptable. A simple, reasonable question was met with hostility and aggression, including being told “don’t argue with me.” This is not poor service — it is outright contempt for customers. The culture at this branch appears toxic and unprofessional, and it reflects a serious failure of management. Royal Mail should investigate this branch as a matter of urgency.

Two parcels have been lost since we moved to this area in the same week by Royal Mail. Both saying delivered. The weird thing is once redirected to Hereford address and re dispatched they arrive straight away. It looks like they’ve been lost in transit the main office quoted, but as we don’t live in the centre we get post and parcels when they feel like coming. Probably lucky if it comes once a week. Countryside life but 1980’s postal service .

Not sure what Post Office the people who claim the staff are rude go to. In reality the staff are in fact very hard working, very helpful and always respectful.

Please can anybody explain why we are not getting the postal service that we are entitled to. My postman told me yesterday that he came back to 3 days of deliveries, but they are told to prioritise parcels. People are waiting for important documents ie hospital appointments.
