- MZM ZSep 29, 20261.0Went in to post my mail the staff looked like I’m forcing them to work and serve me . As a customer I’m paying to Royal Mail to provide me customer service but this kind of customer service I have never seen in any post office . I have been using this place for years but new staff have no training or manners how to treat their customers throwing letters and receipt that’s not how it should be . Looks like the manager is not interested in taking any action by the looks of all feedback from customer .

Furthermore one of them wasn’t even scanned and has now gone missing so I have lost out on over £140 . The lady was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend they’re very unprofessional and I have now lost a lot of money due to their error
