- SHsofia hughesMar 17, 20261.0i would like a manager contact regarding an absolutely disgusting mannered lady working in the post office 17.03.2026 - she was the one who was closing the office on this day. i don’t think i’ve ever met anyone with such poor customer service as she had given us today! totally blowing us off giving us totally wrong receipts saying she knows her job and hanging up the phone when we kindly asked her a question! as a manager i would be embarrassed to have such an employer. if people ask me which post office best to go to, i will highlight to avoid this one at all cost.
- DDDaveJan 31, 20241.0The usual ladies are a delight but thes asian man with glasses who served me today was ignorant, unwelcoming, miserable, alloof and made everybody in the queue wait until he had taken his time to finish tidying up after his last customer. No sense of urgency, no customer service skills, no communication, no smile and clearly in a job he hates. Just leave!
