If I’ve had notification my parcels arrived I make the journey to collect said parcel 24 hours after being told it’s ready for collection and I’m told it’s not arrived. Well it’s obviously there and it helps if you actually look when searching for something. This is the second time I’ve had this when collecting person from the same individual. I frequently visit and use this facility don’t think I will anymore.
