Rude and unhelpful staff, seems to be a constant in these reviews and I have to sadly agree. No help with an Amazon return and was told to just go to another post office branch.

We went here to get our passports renewed the lady was really unhelpful and abrupt told us to take the forms fill them in and come back again.
Which we didn’t she was not helpful at all people should not be working with that kind of attitude did them on line and saved over £30 .
Please don’t bother going to this post office find another one we traveled 14 miles to go there what a waste of time .
