- DBDawn Bryan2 days ago1.0What a absolute shambles the post office is , I run a business in oswestry and need a change order quite often (most days ) however today I was told that the manager there (blonde middle age ) doesn't keep change on site anymore as she transfers it out what are we supposed to do now. Also there very much under staffed and not treated very nice which I've seen my self them poor ladies work so hard to help everyone but manager dont help

The display board showed an exchange rate of 1.12, but when I got to the counter I was given the total cost in pounds which worked as 1.07, and was asked “is that ok?”. This gave the impression that the rate shown on the live display board was not actually being applied, which felt misleading. It makes me question whether staff were aware that the amount being charged did not match the advertised rate, or whether customers are simply expected not to notice the difference. I would recommend checking the final amount carefully before agreeing to the transaction.
