Up to a half hour wait sometimes, especially since they’ve taken the self service machines away. Atrocious honestly. Avoid if you need anything doing quickly. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

I visited this morning only 1 young person on the counter (yes 1 out of 5 or 6 booths) she had a trainee with her but he was not fully trained so could only help with parcels if you had a code to scan. The floor was covered in bits of paper and generally unkept. The queue was long and all the customers were trying their best to be patient. Very disappointing visit.
