- MEMalcolm EvansSep 3, 20261.0I pay for mail redirection but sadly due to unprofessional staff I have had to complain 3 times about not receiving my mail but it has gone to the old address, I keep getting told it isn't the post office but the sorting office, well I didn't pay £99.00 at the sorting office, also how do they downgrade 1st class to 2nd class, disgusting service all around really, people say they are short staffed and the posties are brilliant, I agree but someone in the sorting office isn't doing what they shoukd be doing with redirected mail, it isn't rocket science to put letters into a different pidgeon hole, or is it.
