Being made to wait for a service while the owner chats over ten mins then continued to to her own thing . Leaving customer waiting on lots of times. When you already pain and weight pre done to just drop off .still makes you wait in line and go through every item again . Most people have to travel to church Stretton or Ludlow post office because of craven arms attitude and services are terrible
