I can honestly say roll on moving back to a city! £350 a month council tax and we get post when they feel we’ve accumulated a reasonable amount! Never mind solicitor letters, doctors letters, business letters!

A simple, reasonable question was met with hostility and aggression, including being told “don’t argue with me.” This is not poor service — it is outright contempt for customers. The culture at this branch appears toxic and unprofessional, and it reflects a serious failure of management. Royal Mail should investigate this branch as a matter of urgency.

My postman told me yesterday that he came back to 3 days of deliveries, but they are told to prioritise parcels. People are waiting for important documents ie hospital appointments.
