He brings people to the front of the queue who are spending more than just postage while others are queuing patiently. He said he could not provide me with a proof of postage when the shop was busy which is rubbish. He told me not to come into the shop again and ask for a proof of postage if it was busy as he would not provide me with one. This guy does not deserve the custom....he needs to remember what customers are (your bread and butter) and what service he is offering...not treat customers as an inconvenience if he is busy or they are not spending lots of money. I will not be returning to give him my business ever again. If it was any other type of business he would not survive with his current attitude.
