Do not use here is you are picking up a delivery. Shut all weekend and so unhelpful and if something gets delivered on a saturday, it gets sent back because they dont have the thought to just keep a package or let you pick it up from the shop side.
Its these post offices that should be shut down, not the ones with helpful people.

I’ve used them twice to post letters. 1st time it was tracked and never left the post office so I got a refund. 2nd time recently I posted a card 2nd class. The other end hasn’t received it and we are 2 weeks later. Given up with them, useless

Very poor measuring system they have and recently refused to take a parcel because it did not meet their old box tool size. I took the parcel to another post office who accepted it without any problems. I have complained to Royal Mail and have asked them to investigate my query, the post office staff in here are very poor and I feel they make up rules as they go along either for profit or gain.
