- DRDeborah RAug 21, 20261.0Terrible service continues. Attempted parcel drop offs twice today and both times the counter was closed. Opening hours aren't as advertised. It's clearly a staffing issue, but if so change the opening times so customers can go elsewhere without wasting time!

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
