And by always I mean he’s been solidly unhelpful with every service I’ve tried to complete in the last 8 years. Declines post 45 mins before the allotted sending time, messes up order so I have to request new QR codes from companies. Actually useless. Boycott and use the one at the bottom of the street. So much better. I never complain and I wouldn’t mind as much if he’d at-least crack a smile, apologise for inconveniences or be polite.
