had a very poor experience at the post office today around 12:30. The colleague who served me was extremely unhelpful. I explained that I needed to send a box, and he could clearly see what I was trying to post. He went ahead and sold me a First Class stamp, which I paid for. After I left, I realised I needed the tracking number, so I went back. He then told me the item would not go through. This meant I wasted money on a First Class stamp and stickers unnecessarily. In total, I spent £7.05 at the post office today, which feels like a complete waste. I would have appreciated being told at the beginning that the item could not be sent this way, as it would have saved me money and time. I felt disrespected by the way the situation was handled, and I will not be coming back to this branch again.

The female staff was friendly enough, but didnt give me a lot of confidence she knows what to do. I had a small parcel to send to the USA, which I was posting on behalf of someone else. I was asked whether I wanted it sending standard or tracked. I said standard, forgetting the Trump rules have changed things. The staff didnt suggest or advise me it needs to be tracked or it will not get through, so now I am worried it will just disappear and I've wasted £6 on the postage. Unless the rules have changed back and standard postage WILL now get through to the US, she should have advised me to go for tracked. Not impressed.

Super helpful man at the Post Office counter. Helped me through the forms and payment for taxing my car
