Took it back for money back and they wouldn't give me a refund or exchange it as it had been taken out of packaging. Thing is with labubu dolls, you can't see what's inside until you've taken it out of packaging. Reported to police and trading standards. This family putting bad name to post office. His majesty's services selling counterfeit goods.......shame
