- LALucy Ann6 days ago1.0Just experienced some strange and rude customer service here. The woman behind the counter was hidden, chatting on the phone. After a minute she acknowledged me and I asked to collect my parcel. She said she didn’t have it and gave a vague excuse that Royal Mail had taken all of the parcels away, even though my parcel was with Evri. I didn’t really understand. She gave me no indication that I was going to get my parcel at all or what I should do, and started scrolling on her phone to end the conversation. I’m baffled.

The young woman with the bob haircut was rude, dismissive, and displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was unacceptable. Her attitude made what should have been a straightforward interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the standard of customer service is improved.

Also, a great corner shop for those forgotten items. Any poor reviews relate to when they couldn't operate due to auditing at the start of 2026 - this was happening at other post offices in the area too. They were as frustrated as the cutomers!
