- SSSpencer_xoxo4 days ago1.0honestly think that the staff who work at this place honestly hate their jobs. They’re so hostile and not helpful at all. I asked a member of staff for information about the post office, and they were like, “Yeah, it’s closed.” Hunny, I asked for information about the closing times. 😑 And there are no official times displayed at the post office either. I called yesterday to ask what time it closes today, and they said it closes at 13:00. Yet, when I went in to collect my packages at 12:30, it was closed. So either this place has staff who lie or lazy staff. Probably lazy staff.

Staff are aware of the issue and don’t care about the inconvenience it causes customers whatsoever. I only ever come here when I absolutely have to for the post office, the ladies that work in the Morrisons side are incredibly rude and never smile unless they’re stood talking to each other.
