He seems to take delight in confusing, ignoring and belittling customers. It’s such a shame as the young men who have taken over the Post Office have been uniformly great.

I told him mine and the company's, but he just kept repeating, What's the name and I kept repeating my name and the company's name as one would. What he meant was What is the name of the building the parcel is addressed to? When i gave him this, without him asking, he promptly gave me my parcel. Here's a hack for him, if he reads this, which will expedite proceedings: What is the address? What is the name of the building this is addressed to? Simple, eh?

Billy & all the boys, you have performed an absolute miracle with this shop. 6 months back I would walk 3 miles just to avoid having to deal with staff members here. Now, it's an absolute pleasure to visit. All of the lads are beyond polite. Even when it's busy and I can see it's stressful, they are all exceptionally kind and polite. P.s. I will say that Stewart has not changed his ways. When I go in and see him serving I feel so anxious (heart rate through the roof, panicky) and I pray I'll be served by the other person. For example, the other day he very rudely told me 'put it on the scale'. It was there a good 30s, so I pick it up. He snaps 'I didn't say you could move it. Put it back' (it was 100% weighed and he was just being nasty for whatever reason he does this). He prints the receipt. So well beyond when it needed to be on the scale and then says "NOW you can remove it". He just ruins it for the rest of the staff because somebody so obnoxious and rude, sorry, clearly just should not be working in this position.
