I asked how long it would take to deliver my parcel, and she initially told me it would take one day may be because she thought it was in uk i understand that but it when she realized the parcel was being sent to India, she spoke to a delivery person who came and said, in a joking manner, "It doesn't go to India in one day, does it?" I felt this was unprofessional and unnecessary. Throughout the interaction, she seemed uninterested in speaking with customers and did not provide a welcoming or respectful experience. I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
