- MMMOct 26, 20231.0Rude and inconsiderate bloke serving shines the laser scanner directly into customers eyes he needs sacking he also says he can’t see the name on parcel so asked me to tell me my last name with a store full of customers I didn’t feel comfortable revealing that so I just spelt it out to him he is a very nasty man he needs to be got rid of

He then ordered me from his shop and threatened to call the police! Needless to say I will not darken his door again. I went to the Woodseats Post Office (which is notably cleaner and tidier) where they happily and politely took all my money, including £2 coins. Now that is how to do customer service. If I could give no stars I would.
