- GRgraham roundApr 3, 20255.0This is a busy shop with lots of things going on. There are a number of retailers working from here. This is a rating for the post office not the shop. I’ve took back a number of items and find the process quick and easy and the staff have been direct and knowledgeable. The question get mixed up which could do with a better layout but I found the whole experience fine.
- DDDave DaveJun 19, 20241.0Avoid at all cost. Now on my third parcel i have paid for to include tracking and proof of delivery. They lost every single one, months later still says accepted parcel. Then have to try and claw back a bit of compensation from post office...max £20. Now lots of money down. Beyond hopless or maybe even some dishonesty as I fail to see how they can lose 3 parcels in less than 6 months. Use Wickersley or Wellgate in Rotherham. They should never have shut the old post office, never had an issue there. If your item has any value DO NOT TRUST THEM!
- ABAmanda BurnhamOct 21, 20231.0I’ve given 1* as I can’t give zero! I’ve tried to use this post office to return parcels twice & both times I’ve been unsuccessful. The staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. Apparently they don’t have the correct bags in stock to return any parcels! Personally I think it’s just too much effort to do so. Needless to say I won’t be attempting to use them again. Perhaps staff retraining or new staff are required.
