- LJLucy JonesNov 24, 20231.0Very rude staff. The signage isn’t clear which is the shop or post office side and the staff take great pleasure shouting at customers who are in the wrong queue then making snide remarks out loud. Finally got served and the woman told me she was sick of today already and she’s only been here an hour. Very unprofessional but unfortunately the only post office near by.
- ABAmanda BurnhamOct 21, 20231.0I’ve given 1* as I can’t give zero! I’ve tried to use this post office to return parcels twice & both times I’ve been unsuccessful. The staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. Apparently they don’t have the correct bags in stock to return any parcels! Personally I think it’s just too much effort to do so. Needless to say I won’t be attempting to use them again. Perhaps staff retraining or new staff are required.
- DHDaniel HarrisDec 17, 20221.0Utterly pathetic. Stopping at random times for nearly 30 minutes to do admin during the day, with no notice or cover. So basically it is randomly closed whenever. Happened to me twice now. Being stood here for nearly 20 and 30 minutes each time. It might help matters as well if the staff were not rude and could count.
- ASAdrian SealeySep 1, 20211.0There are no services at random times of the day whilst they "count up". Told twice yo vote back in a couple of hours or do.
- DMDavid McMullanMar 1, 20201.0Useless. Refused to accept a letter because it had too much postage on it!
